Appointment Process

What We Need To Begin
The process are similar. But heres how to begin:

Military Members need a referral from their TriCare Provider.

  1. Click the above link to get your referral. (Referrals & Authorizations Have Gone Digital!)
  2. With your referral, contact us to set an appointment. (We can often see you on the same day!)
  3. We will scan your foot or ankle creating a digital 3D image>
  4. We will immediately send your image to the manufacturer, saving you almost 3 weeks of waiting
  5. We will deliver your product in about 10 days.

Federal Employees need to obtain a script from their Doctor/Provider.

  1. Click the above link to get your script.
  2. Once you have your script, contact us to set an appointment. (We can often see you on the same day!)
  3. We will scan your foot or ankle creating a digital 3D image>
  4. We will immediately send your image to the manufacturer, saving you almost 3 weeks of waiting
  5. We will deliver your product in about 10 days.
