Military Members need a referral from their TriCare Provider.<\/h4>\n

  1. Click the above link to get your referral. (Referrals & Authorizations Have Gone Digital!)<\/li>\n
  2. With your referral, contact us to set an appointment. (We can often see you on the same day!)<\/li>\n
  3. We will scan your foot or ankle creating a digital 3D image><\/li>\n
  4. We will immediately send your image to the manufacturer, saving you almost 3 weeks of waiting<\/li>\n
  5. We will deliver your product in about 10 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
